Nathina is the owner of Elevated Massage and is our in house Massage therapist for our patients. She also assists in office tasks, handles our marketing, and will soon be training the staff and running our StemWave device. We are looking forward to her having yoga classes in the near future.

Hello Watford City and surrounding areas! I am honored to be a part of the community. I have been a Massage Therapist for 16 years, and I am an Esthetician. Though I am new to Watford City I first moved to North Dakota in 2015. After 5 years I moved to Montana and now I have happily returned to North Dakota.
I attended a Massage School in Las Vegas, and it was owned and taught by a Chiropractor, the late Dr. John T. Kenny. He was an amazing man and gave me an education that has served me well through my career. I specialize in clinical massage and I provide lasting results with advanced techniques. The modalities I use are; Neuro-muscular Therapy for the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. Manual Lymphatic Drainage which is very useful after injury, surgery, and for general well being. I am able to help with all stages of Breast Cancer recovery including missing/radiated lymph nodes and radiated tissue. I recently traveled to Bismarck, ND to become educated in Manual Therapy for voice and swallowing disorders. With a traveling physical therapy seminar. What a great experience that was working along with speech therapists and physical therapists. This would be useful for anyone and is common after head neck surgery or cancer, Parkison’s disease, or after having a stroke. Stress and anxiety and development delay are other conditions that could benefit from this therapy.
In my spare time I enjoy the outdoors with my pup, I work out and enjoy cooking. I definitely have a sweet tooth, so if you have any dairy free desserts you want to bring on the holidays I would absolutely love that!
