What conditions does your office treat?
We help with back and neck pain, headaches, joint pain, sports injuries, chronic muscle tension, and much more….
How do I schedule or reschedule an appointment?
All of our patients are enrolled in our CT-Engage messaging portal, you can always message if after hours in the portal and we will receive it once staff is back in the office. You can call our front desk or book online 24/7.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debt cards, Apple Pay, check and HSA/FSA Cards.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No referral is required. You can schedule directly. If other imaging such as MRI is needed, we will refer patients for this in a different office.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
A current photo ID, current insurance card (if using insurance); as well as secondary insurance if applicable, and any relevant imaging or medical records that you would like the doctor to review and have on file.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a late-cancellation fee for Massage appointments only, otherwise chiropractic appointments can be adjusted but we still ask that if you are not going to make an appointment to please reach out to our staff to get rescheduled.
Is chiropractic care safe?
Yes—when performed by a licensed chiropractor, it’s considered safe and effective for many musculoskeletal issues. Dr. Curtis Wright has been a chiropractor for 23 years and Dr. Travis Myers has been a practicing chiropractor for 17 years. Each of our providers take our patients safety very seriously.
How long are appointments?
New-patient visits typically last 35–60 minutes; follow-ups average 15–30 minutes depending on the service and the provider.
Massage appointmnets range from 30- 120 minutes depending on the service.
*Regenerative Therapies times vary.
Will an adjustment hurt?
Most patients feel relief and improved range of motion—occasional mild soreness is normal and temporary.
How many visits will I need?
It varies by condition, treatment plans, and goals. After an initial exam, the doctor will recommend a personalized care plan.
Do you offer X-rays or imaging?
Yes—we performe X-rays right here in our own office.
What types of massage do you offer?
Swedish Relaxation, deep tissue, prenatal, sports massage, and therapeutic custom sessions. *Additional Modalities such as redlight, cupping, hot stones, warm infused towels, parafin wax treatments and hair serums are available to add to any service.
Can I combine massage and chiropractic in one visit?
Yes, many patients find enhanced benefits when combining services.
What is regenerative therapy/medicine?
Treatments such as PRP( platlet rich plasma), StemWave, Red light therapy and Cold Laser, as well as other biologic therapies that stimulate your body’s natural healing.
Who is a good candidate for regenerative therapies?
People with joint pain, soft-tissue injuries, or chronic inflammation who want to avoid surgery and unessesary harmful medications.
How long until I see results?
Results vary; many notice improvement in a few weeks to a few months as tissue regenerates, others can see immediate results.
Is it covered by insurance?
Alot of regenerative therapies are cash-based due to insurance not covering these types of treatments yet; but we provide upfront pricing and finiancing and can supply documentation for HSA/FSA use.
